The Horizon Gourmet Meats' e-store provides secure-payment options.  You can pay with a MasterCard, VISA or PayPal account.

The Horizon Gourmet Meats e-store utilises 128-bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) security encryption technology with all online orders, to protect personal information.

Picking-up Your Order

Your Horizon Gourmet Meats' order can be picked up from three convenient locations in the Townsville region. You can pick up your order on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from your nominated pick-up location. Please note that your order will not be dispatched until at least 24 hours after you have submitted the online order (or until funds clear for offline payments). So if you order on Monday, your order of quality meats will be ready on Wednesday. If you order on Thursday, your order will be ready the following Tuesday.

The tax invoice must be shown to collect your order. So please bring the receipt that is emailed to you when you ordered online. You will be required to sign to collect your order. Your order will be held at your nominated pick up location for a maximum of two days, after this time your order will be returned to the Horizon Gourmet Meats' depot (Harbourside Cold Stores Complex, 304 Boundary Street, South Townsville) for collection. A delivery fee of $10 applies to orders that have been returned to our depot. It is very important that you collect your order as soon as possible from our depot. If it has been returned from the delivery point the goods will not be replaced if deterioration has occurred.

Packaging

At Horizon Gourmet Meats we are environmentally friendly. If you have a large order it may be packaged in a box that we have recycled from a supplier. All items are packed and labelled as listed.

Out of stock items

Our meat-holding depot is located in Townsville. Therefore if you see an item in our e-store, then it's in stock. If, for an unusual reason, an item is found out of stock we will email you immediately with an anticipated delivery time.

Returns

We have a no-fuss return policy. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason you can return it to us within two days of delivery date for a full refund of the purchase price (no refund on delivery charges). Simply email us on receipt of the product to let us know, then send the product back and we will arrange a refund. You are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us, unless we have agreed to provide you with free return.

We check our products before dispatch to ensure they are not spoiled. Damage may occur during delivery. If this occurs please contact us for a replacement or refund.
